Our order processing times are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm eastern time.
  • Processing time is normally 3-7 business days on non-wholesale orders depending on previous order load. 
  • Bulk wholesale (including mixed orders) have a normal processing time of 7-14 business days, depending on previous order load.
  • Pre-Packs or packed wholesale orders have a normal processing time of 3-10 business days, depending on previous order load. 
  • Custom orders (including Private Label orders) have a normal processing time of 3-10 business days, depending on previous order load.
Special products or services that have different processing times will say so on the product page. Please read carefully. Expect (1-5 additional business day) delays during sales periods & holidays.
Below are payment processing and shipping times. Note that your payment has to be processed BEFORE we can begin to process your order. 


PayPal typically has an immediate payment processing period. But it may take up to 5 business days when you checkout with a bank account or your order is flagged by PayPal..
Credit and Debit card payments, Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Zip have a 2 business day payment processing period.

USPS Priority - 2-3 Business days
UPS Ground - 1-5 Business days 

International Shipping

Calculated at checkout based on location and size.


We cannot ship internationally to a postal box so a physical address is required. CUSTOMS FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from the United States and this is a fee that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you are receiving your product. Your country may require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your package. When the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 business days for package inspection.

*To avoid fraud and as a second measure of protection both for Wholesale Skincare Guru and our clients, we require your billing and shipping addresses to match, as well as signature confirmation. You may also be randomly selected for identity verification by our system, if this happens, you will have to comply or we will cancel your order immediately.

****Lost/Stolen Packages:

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced by Wholesale Skincare Guru. This is why we suggest you get Shiptection shipping insurance
  • All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS all update their systems so you can keep track of your package.
  • If you will NOT be home at the expected arrival time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via USPS.
  • If your order is sent back to us, we will send you a shipping cost only invoice. This cost is for us to ship the package back. You MUST cover the additional shipping fees.
Once we ship an order, we no longer have control of the package. We will not be responsible for damages to packages, shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe suggested. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. You will have to contact the shipping carrier to provide more information to you.
